Almost all TX-Team systems come standard with a 3-year warranty.
You can easily and cost-effectively extend this to four or five years when you make your purchase.

Return of Old Devices
We dispose of your old devices free of charge through a certified specialist company and, if required, carry out secure data deletion in accordance with GDPR.

- Returns must be postage paid – TX team will cover the return shipping costs to you. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of goods sent freight collect.
- If the system is outside of the warranty, you will receive a non-binding repair quote from us.
- Data loss can occur during fault analysis or repair. Please back up all data.
- System settings (e.g., BIOS settings) may be reset.
